1.
All participating schools should send only
one entry for each team boys & girls.
2.
The tournament will be played on knock out
basis.
3.
The players should be bonafide
students of the school and should not be more than 14 years (born after 01.01.1993), 16
years (born after 01.01.1991), 19 years (born after 01.01.1988) in their
respective categories
4.
Each team will consist of 4 Players + 1
Coach + 1 Manager.
5.
The participating team should wear proper
kit.
6.
The teams should report at venue 30 minutes
before the commencement of the match.
7.
If the team does not reach at venue within
30 minutes after the scheduled time, a walk over will be awarded to the
opponent team.
8.
Players must bring their identity card duly
attested by the Principal & valid for the current session.
9.
The matches will be supervised by the
qualified officials approved by the Delhi Table Tennis Association.
10.
Please note that no change in fixtures will
be allowed.
11.
Request cannot be made for any change in
eligibility proforma.
12.
Any protest should be submitted in writing
to the organizing school only against the eligibility within 30 minutes after
the conclusion of the match with Rs.500/- as protest fee. The decision of the organizing committee will
be final.
13.
Each team will carry school flag for the
purpose of Opening Ceremony.
1.
The school will not be responsible for any
loss or accident, during the tournament.
2.
Any damage done to the property of the
school by any participant will have to be compensated by the team manager /
coach.
3.
No protest will be entertained against the
official’s decision and tournament committee.
