Cluster XII Table Tennis Tournament for the year 2006-07 between 16th Sept. & 21st Sept. 2006.  I take this opportunity to accord an invitation to your reputed institute to participate in the same.  Please find enclosed the Eligibility Performa along with rules & regulations for the tournament. You are also requested to submit the following documents in this regard.

 

i)               The team photograph with school  Principal

 

ii)             C.B.S.E. Registration Number for students studying in class IX and above (Attested photocopy to be attached)

 

iii)           Class X certificate with photo issued by the board for students studying in class XI & XII (Attach photocopy)
